The following schedule is what can generally be expected when attending one of our sponsored certification program:
Day 1:
Managing Organizational Transitions:
- Understand the difference between change and transition within your organization
- Learn how to effectively navigate your organization during times of change
- Learn to identify and mitigate behaviors correlated to the stress of change
Physician/Professional Coaching:
- Learn various coaching tools, such as Values Clarification Exercises, Asking Powerful Questions, Creating a Culture of Curiosity, as well as how to properly apply them
- Understand and overcome your own barriers to effective coaching
Emotional Intelligence:
- Learn the difference between IQ, EQ and Core Personality
- Understand the 4 quadrants of emotional intelligence
- Learn how to build stronger teams
- Grow your own emotional intelligence to increase your conflict resolution skills and interpersonal dynamics
Day 2:
LEAN methodologies put into practice:
- Learn various lean tools, including SIPOC, Root Cause Analysis, 5s, Kaizen events, and how to properly utilize them
- Identify systemic issues and perform LEAN interventions to achieve your organization’s desired outcomes
- Become an effective teacher of Lean principles
Change Management Methodologies:
- Learn how to engage staff in supporting change efforts through utilizing Change Acceleration process tools
- Identify the systems and structures that need to be put in place to sustain change throughout your organization
Facilitation skills development:
- Learn how to gain the outcomes you want through the application of effective facilitation
- Learn how to read and engage your audience
The virtual training modules available with every training will be held bimonthly. The name of the trainings and the order in which they are offered may change; however, the overall content will remain the same and will seek to cover the following:
