"Every individual offers a unique skill set that is informed by their experience, values and core-being."
—Deborah Williams, Principal

Here at dwConsulting, we believe that an organization’s worth is much greater than its profits and losses, its quarterly statements, its stock value, or its cash reserves. While all those things are certainly important, study after study shows the most successful companies are those that challenge, engage with, and value their employees. In other words, organizations thrive when they provide their employees a sense of purpose and community, rather than simply treating them as numbers on a spreadsheet. Unfortunately, this notion is oftentimes ignored, rendering organizations incapable of properly motivating and utilizing their employees to their fullest potential.

Our experience has led us to the reality of this situation and motivates us to educate organizations on the value of each and every employee; that every individual brings a unique skill set to the workforce that is informed by their experience, values and core-being. When organizations encourage their employees to find new ways to connect their work to those experiences and values that drive them, they positively reinforce the significance of that work and the value of that employee. As a result, employees are more likely to buy in to their organization’s vision, more willing to pour into one another, more confident in addressing problems and implementing solutions, and more reliable as a representative to the community and beyond – all of which benefit the productivity and sustainability of your organization. Oh yeah, and your bottom line. Now that’s Maximizing Your Human Capital
